Ordering & Shipping

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the United States. At checkout, you’ll see available shipping options based on your order total.

For updates on processing times, check the notification banner at the top of our homepage. Occasionally, we may experience delays due to high order volume, and we will always communicate any important updates there.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re working to bring TERMINAL B worldwide. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our shipping capabilities.

Product Information

Each candle is associated with a city, and the three-letter code corresponds to an airport serving that location. For example, our Los Angeles-inspired candle is labeled "LAX," which is the airport code for Los Angeles International Airport.

TERMINAL B is designed to evoke the feeling of travel through scent, and we hope each candle inspires your wanderlust and deepens your connection to global destinations.

Our candles are made with a paraffin blend wax specially formulated to ensure a clean burn, high fragrance load and maximum fragrance throw.

To extend the life of your candle and ensure an even, clean burn:

  • Trim your wick to 1/4" before each burn to reduce soot and ensure an even flame.
  • Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn to prevent tunneling.
  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time to prevent overheating.
  • Store your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Yes! You can bring candles in both your carry-on and checked luggage because they are solid and TSA-compliant.

For frequent travelers, we recommend our 4 oz travel tins for convenience. If you prefer a larger candle for extended stays, our 10.5 oz candles are also travel-friendly. Please allow an extra 5-10 minutes for any potential TSA screening.

Returns and exchanges

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for assistance.

All returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Return requests must include proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt, confirmation email).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged.
