Do you offer free shipping?


Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $100. Please note that due to Covid-19, shipping times have increased and it may take longer to receive your order. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and pray for your patience. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to ship orders around the world as soon as possible!


What are the three letters on your candles?


Each candle is associated with a city and the three letters correspond to an airport code related to the city. As an example, our Los Angeles inspired candle is coded with “LAX” because that is the airport code associated with Los Angeles. It is our hope that each scent inspires you to learn more about the city behind each scent, get familiar with the airport codes and add the cities to your travel bucket list!

 

Are these candles made with soy?

 

Our candles are made with a proprietary paraffin blend wax. 


What is the best way to preserve my candle?


We have a candle care section that gives some tips on how to best care for your candle. Upon first receiving your candle, make sure that the entire surface of the candle is melted evenly. We certainly don’t want any tunneling. In our experience, one of the best ways you can care for your candle is by trimming the wick before burning. It changed our candle experience and we have a gorgeous wick trimmer that you can check out here.


Can I bring these candles with me on a plane?


Yes! We recommend our 4 oz travel tins but if you will be traveling for a longer period of time and want a bigger candle then we recommend our 10.5 oz candles. Per TSA, you can bring a candle on a plane in your carry-on and checked-in luggage because our candles are solid and TSA compliant.
