Return & Exchange Policy
We accept return and exchange requests within 10 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- You have proof of purchase (e.g., order number, confirmation email, store receipt).
- The item is not a final sale or promotional item (see Exceptions below).
To initiate a return or exchange, please email concierge@terminalbstore.com with your order number followed by “Return Request” or “Exchange Request” in the subject line.
Refunds & Processing
- Unused items may be eligible for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are unable to process refunds for items lost in transit.
- Returns must be carefully packed, as we cannot issue refunds for items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery at concierge@terminalbstore.com.
- Include your order number followed by "Damaged Product" or "Incorrect Item" in the subject line.
- Attach clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
Upon inspection, we will either:
- Issue a full refund (excluding shipping & handling), or
- Send a replacement free of charge.
Policy Abuse & Restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse future transactions from individuals who abuse our return/exchange policy.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:
