When you give a gift card from Terminal B, you're giving more than just a scent or accessory. You are giving someone the special gift of an experience! Our gift cards do not expire so they make for thoughtful gifts, year round.

After purchase, you will receive an email containing a unique code with instructions to redeem at checkout. The email will include a link for you send to the recipient. Please note that gift cards cannot be returned or refunded and discount codes cannot be used to redeem them.

For the best experience and a safe burn, follow these key candle care tips:

  • Trim wick to 1/4" before each burn to prevent soot and uneven burning.
  • Burn for at least 2 hours to create a full wax pool and prevent tunneling.
  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time to prevent overheating.
  • Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts and flammable materials.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Discontinue use when 1/2" of wax remains to prevent glass overheating.

Terminal B offers free shipping on orders over $100 within the United States via USPS. Please note that all orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once the package is retrieved and scanned by a carrier, your item may be in transit for an additional 2-5 business days depending on the destination. At check out, it is imperative to double-check your order and confirm that your item and shipping information is correct. It is highly unlikely that we will be able to make changes to your order once it has been placed but we will do our best to be of assistance. Should you encounter an issue, please reach out to us at contact@terminalbstore.com with your order number along with your request and we will do our best to help!

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as a label is created. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days to track status of your package once a label is created. 

Please note that once we ship out your items, final delivery is out of our control and we are not liable for stolen or missing packages. Please contact USPS in the event that your package is missing or stolen.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept return and exchange requests within 10 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., order number, confirmation email, store receipt).
  • The item is not a final sale or promotional item (see Exceptions below).

To initiate a return or exchange, please email concierge@terminalbstore.com with your order number followed by “Return Request” or “Exchange Request” in the subject line.

Refunds & Processing

  • Unused items may be eligible for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping and handling fees.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are unable to process refunds for items lost in transit.
  • Returns must be carefully packed, as we cannot issue refunds for items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery at concierge@terminalbstore.com.

  • Include your order number followed by "Damaged Product" or "Incorrect Item" in the subject line.
  • Attach clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

Upon inspection, we will either:

  • Issue a full refund (excluding shipping & handling), or
  • Send a replacement free of charge.

Policy Abuse & Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse future transactions from individuals who abuse our return/exchange policy.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Discounted or sale items, including those purchased during a promotion.
  • Gift cards.
  • Third-party products not purchased directly from TERMINAL B.
