Honolulu (Airport Code: HNL) is a tropical paradise where white sand beaches meet crystal aquamarine waters, lush rainforests, and breathtaking waterfalls. Nestled between volcanic mountain ranges and the endless Pacific horizon, Honolulu’s warm, sun-drenched climate nurtures some of the world’s most vibrant tropical fruits—none more iconic than the golden pineapple.

HNL opens with the sun-ripened sweetness of golden pineapple, bursting with juicy brightness. The scent deepens with Tangerine Rind, Sweet Orange Essence, and Agave Nectar, evoking the taste of freshly cut fruit on a breezy lanai overlooking Waikiki Beach. A lush touch of Palm Leaf adds a hint of island greenery, balancing the fruit’s natural vibrancy. At its base, Raw Sugar Cane, Warm Amber, and Amyris Wood create a smooth, sun-kissed finish—a fragrance as golden and inviting as sunset on the North Shore.

Hand-poured in the USA, each candle features highly concentrated, premium fragrance oils and a high-performance, food-grade paraffin wax blend—selected for its superior fragrance throw and clean, even burn.

Housed in high-quality matte black glass vessels with minimalist detailing, TERMINAL B candles are designed for those who appreciate elevated home fragrance and sophisticated scent compositions that embody modern refinement and the art of scent-driven storytelling.

Volume: 10.5 oz; Height: 4 in; Diameter: 3 1/4 in; Burn Time: 60+ hours depending on use and proper candle care.

For the best experience and a safe burn, follow these key candle care tips:

  • Trim wick to 1/4" before each burn to prevent soot and uneven burning.
  • Burn for at least 2 hours to create a full wax pool and prevent tunneling.
  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time to prevent overheating.
  • Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts and flammable materials.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Discontinue use when 1/2" of wax remains to prevent glass overheating.

Terminal B offers free shipping on orders over $100 within the United States via USPS. Please note that all orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once the package is retrieved and scanned by a carrier, your item may be in transit for an additional 2-5 business days depending on the destination. At check out, it is imperative to double-check your order and confirm that your item and shipping information is correct. It is highly unlikely that we will be able to make changes to your order once it has been placed but we will do our best to be of assistance. Should you encounter an issue, please reach out to us at contact@terminalbstore.com with your order number along with your request and we will do our best to help!

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as a label is created. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days to track status of your package once a label is created. 

Please note that once we ship out your items, final delivery is out of our control and we are not liable for stolen or missing packages. Please contact USPS in the event that your package is missing or stolen.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept return and exchange requests within 10 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., order number, confirmation email, store receipt).
  • The item is not a final sale or promotional item (see Exceptions below).

To initiate a return or exchange, please email concierge@terminalbstore.com with your order number followed by “Return Request” or “Exchange Request” in the subject line.

Refunds & Processing

  • Unused items may be eligible for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping and handling fees.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are unable to process refunds for items lost in transit.
  • Returns must be carefully packed, as we cannot issue refunds for items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery at concierge@terminalbstore.com.

  • Include your order number followed by "Damaged Product" or "Incorrect Item" in the subject line.
  • Attach clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

Upon inspection, we will either:

  • Issue a full refund (excluding shipping & handling), or
  • Send a replacement free of charge.

Policy Abuse & Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse future transactions from individuals who abuse our return/exchange policy.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Discounted or sale items, including those purchased during a promotion.
  • Gift cards.
