Los Angeles (Airport Code: LAX) is the land of beautiful weather, sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, hot deserts, green parks and gorgeous rooftops that give access to Southern California's skylines enhanced by sepia sunsets that take your photos to theatrical heights. For many, Los Angeles is the City of Dreams but to us, L.A. is home. Our LAX candle pays homage to the City of Los Angeles, California. Top notes of fig, bergamot, a heart of jasmine and dried tobacco pair beautifully with a base of smoked leather that set the stage for this candle. Sexy, bold, mysterious and as eclectic as the “City of Angels."

Terminal B offers free shipping on orders over $100 within the United States via USPS. Please note that all orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once the package is retrieved and scanned by a carrier, your item may be in transit for an additional 2-5 business days depending on the destination. At check out, it is imperative to double-check your order and confirm that your item and shipping information is correct. It is highly unlikely that we will be able to make changes to your order once it has been placed but we will do our best to be of assistance. Should you encounter an issue, please reach out to us at contact@terminalbstore.com with your order number along with your request and we will do our best to help!

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as a label is created. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days to track status of your package once a label is created. 

Please note that once we ship out your items, final delivery is out of our control and we are not liable for stolen or missing packages. Please contact USPS in the event that your package is missing or stolen.

All refund and/or exchange requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order and require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, store receipt, etc). 

 

Refunds and/or exchange requests are assessed on a case by case basis and will only be processed on unused products. Unused product(s) may be eligible for an exchange or full refund of your purchase price, not inclusive of shipping and handling. Please note, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Additionally, please ensure that the return shipment is carefully packed, as we're unable to process refunds on items that arrive damaged.

 

If your products arrive damaged, please email us within 10 days of receipt of your order at contact@terminalbstore.com. Please include your order number followed by “Damaged Product” in the subject line, and be sure to include photo(s) of the damaged product. Upon inspection, we may offer a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, or send a replacement free of charge.

 

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse future transactions for individuals who abuse our return/exchange policy.

Trim wick to 1/4" before lighting for a slow, steady burn
Burn candle for at least 2 hours at a time to ensure full wax pool
Do not burn your candle more than 4 hours at a time
Avoid burning candle near drafts, open windows, air vents or fans
Never leave your candle unattended
Store candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
